As Japan-America Society of Houston’s 56th anniversary year draws to a close, we pause to reflect on special moments and to savor the relationships that we have nurtured through the fostering of ties between Houston and Japan.
In 2024, JASH set a programming record -- over 170 programs held in one calendar year! From partnering with HISD to presenting Nihon Buyo traditional dance, highlighting Japanese business leaders at Japan Currents, showcasing the National Bunraku Theatre, and hosting the vibrant Japan Festival Houston, we are proud to contribute to Houston’s rich diversity.
We are deeply grateful for all the opportunities, collaborations, and support that made this year truly remarkable. As we look ahead to 2025, we are excited to build upon this milestone year of meaningful community impact.
We remain ever mindful that our success is made possible by the goodwill of those we serve.

ヒューストン日米協会の創立56周年の年を締めくくりにあたり、私たちは特別な瞬間を振り返りながら、ヒューストンと日本を結びつける活動を通じて育んできた関係を噛みしめています。
2024年にはJASHは過去最多の170のプログラムを実施し、皆様のご支援のおかげで実り多い一年を過ごすことができました。HISDとの提携、日本舞踊の紹介、日本のビジネスリーダーを迎えてのJapan Currents、国立文楽劇場の公演、そして盛大に開催されたJapan Festival Houstonなどを通じて、今年もヒューストンの豊かな多様性に貢献し、相互理解と絆を深める機会を提供できたことを誇りに思っています。
私たちの歩みは、皆様からの温かい支援とご協力によって支えられていることを、改めて深く実感しております。2025年にはさらに充実した活動を展開し、地域社会への貢献を深めていきたいと考えています。
