Q. Is JASH a nonprofit organization? Will my contribution be tax-deductible?
A. JASH is an American nonprofit, tax-exempt organization described in Section 501(c )(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
A letter acknowledging your contribution will be mailed to you for tax purposes.
Q. What Japanese Language Programs do you offer?
A. The JASH Japanese Language Program offers classes for beginning and veteran learners alike. Program participants will learn communication skills needed for tourism, business, and social interaction at all levels. The curriculum is conversation-intensive, with the aim of strengthening the student’s ability to communicate effectively in both business and social situations.
Q. Is tuition for classes refundable?
A. Class tuition is nonrefundable, except in cases of cancelled classes. Tuition payments may be applied to other classes in the program. A service charge may apply. For more information please call 713.963.0121.
Q. Is there parking at JASH?
A: Parking is available above ground in front of the building main entrance or in a covered lot. Parking is free.
