What time does JASH BASH 2023 begin?

Reception | Silent Auction starts at 6:00 PM.

Seated dinner and program will begin from 7:15 PM.

Will I receive my tickets in the mail?

There are no physical tickets for JASH BASH 2023.

Your name will be on the JASH BASH 2023 guest list at check-in. When you check in you will receive your table number for the seated portion of the event.

What can I expect from the event?

JASH BASH 2023 moves to one of Houston’s premier live entertainment venues to feature the culinary excellence of local chefs Hugo Ortega (executive chef/co-owner of five of Houston’s top restaurants – Backstreet Cafe, Hugo’s, Caracol, Xochi and URBE, and winner of Best Chef: Southwest at the prestigious 2017 James Beard Foundation Awards) and Manabu Horiuchi (four-time James Beard Award nominee and Executive Chef at award-winning Kata Robata and soon-to-open Katami) in a special collaborative dinner applauding the growing impact of Japanese cuisine on Houston’s food culture.

What should I wear?

While cocktail attire will make JASH BASH 2023 more festive, it is not required. Business attire is also acceptable.

What is the fair market value of my ticket?

The JASH BASH Fair Market Value of per person is $150. Japan-America Society of Houston is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, Tax ID #23-7120557.
