After the past months of isolation, many of our normal routines have gone out the window. We may have developed unhealthy habits surrounding food, exercise, screen time and so much more. How can we break bad habits and make good ones?

This two-part program, presented by Japan Society and Japan Society Talks+, features famed Japanese minimalist Fumio Sasaki, author of Hello Habits: A Minimalist’s Guide to a Better Life. During the webinar, Sasaki will share insights from his book, followed by an exclusive workshop that will walk participants through the process of developing better habits in their own lives.

The webinar will be livestreamed through YouTube, and the workshop will be conducted via Zoom. Tickets are required to access the workshop portion of this program. Registrants will receive the viewing links by email on the event day.

This program will be held in Japanese with English interpretation.
