[ONLINE] JSNO Presents: Japan US Military Program New Orleans (JUMP)

Join the Japan Society of New Orleans (JSNO) online to celebrate the long standing Japan US Military Program (JUMP) with other Service members who have served in Japan. This is a FREE ONLINE event, exclusively for those members of the US Army, National Guard, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force & Coast Guard, their dependents and DOD civilians who have served in Japan at any time in their career. Spouses and interested civilians are invited to join.

Speakers for the event include: Honorary Chair & Honorary Consul of Japan Donna Fraiche, Consul General of Japan Kayoko Fukushima , Chairman of the Board and President of Sasakawa Peace Foundation USA Dr. Satohiro Akimoto, and Former Commander US Naval Forces Japan Rear Admiral Jamie Kelly, USN (Ret).

The format will be remarks by speakers on the state of the US/Japan Alliance and the geostrategic outlook of the Western Pacific. There will be a period after the remarks for questions and answers. Questions may be submitted during the event through the chat feature on Streamyard.

This event is funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan through the Sasakawa Peace Foundation USA, the National Association of Japan America Societies and the Japan Society of New Orleans in appreciation to troops for their contribution to the defense of Japan.
